“2° Piano” is an experimental artistic residency program, an autonomous and independent initiative, created by Artists for Artists, based in the province of southern Italy (Palagiano /Ta – Puglia) .
"2° Piano” is an open platform that welcomes and seeks interaction with people
“2° PIANO ART RESIDENCY" hosts artists called to explore, interact and reinterpret a new global and social scenario. The artist Cristiano Pallara opens the doors to welcoming artists, creatives and curators on the move, activating virtuous and shared research and experimentation processes of spaces, ideas and reflections.
From local to global and vice versa, the social and urban fabric becomes a theme of investigation and artistic production, to reflect at 360° on the role of Art and its generating power of virtuous devices capable of helping us to decode our time and Our space
"2° Piano" offers the possibility of carrying out your work in the laboratory space “Via Murat Art Container”, in the historic center of the province, a few km from the sea, a platform for meeting, discussion and interaction of ideas.
Artists , creatives and curators alternate in exhibitions and residencies, creatively and intellectually animating the daily life of "2° Piano” and "Via Murat Art Container"!

The Call is open all year round.
The Residencies are developedbetween June and September of each year.
